Justin Tullos
Justin Tullos is Founder and President of Phineas Laboratory.
Justin received his Bachelor of Science Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2011 where he also commissioned as a Developmental Computer Engineering officer in the United States Air Force.
Justin spent over 11 years in the USAF, with combat deployments to Afghanistan in 2015 and Iraq in 2018.
His medals include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, and Operation Inherent Resolve Campaign Medal. Justin received his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) in 2021 with honors, receiving the only Lt Edwin E. Aldrin, Sr. Award for displaying the most exceptional leadership characteristics while in the graduate program.
Justin was medically retired from active duty in 2023 and was recently accepted for Spring 2025 into a Ph.D. program for semiconductor growth at The University of Texas at Austin.
He lives in Georgetown, Texas, with his wife Naomi and their twin boys, Finn and Levi.
